Document Processing Please bear in mind that the documents we
prepare for you are YOUR documents. Do review them for accuracy and, if
the document was e-mailed to you, check the formatting. Double check
any instructions. For example, the Debt Relief package needs a separate
personal check to be made out to the lender. This is explained on the
Debt Elimination page but many people don't read it and send a total
amount in one payment, in which case we have to go back to the client
and ask for the separate check, resulting in the client paying more
than they need to.
Once your documents are received, it is reviewed and then worked on within 3 to 5 days, depending upon our work load. If you would like in house rush, (i.e. having your paperwork be put to the top of the pile) please include an additional $50 dollars because it means we'll be extending our working hours in order to accommodate you. If you would like notification of when your documents have been received, please put a note on it to that effect with, preferably, an e-mail address, or phone number. When we receive numerous phone calls asking if applications and documents have been received it pulls our focus and time in examining incoming mail, thus making the processing longer and more strenuous. We usually answer e-mails within 24 hours. Sometimes they don't come through so it doesn't hurt to send a follow up if you don't get an answer within 36 hours. |
