Please bear in mind
that the documents we
prepare for you are YOUR documents. Do review
them for accuracy and, if
the document was e-mailed to you, check the
formatting -- it often gets
distorted in transmission.
If there's something you don't understand, feel free to contact us, e-mail preferred so we can return a well-thought out answer. If we are working on documents for you, they are generally worked on within 3 to 4 days of our receiving whatever your input is. If you would like in house rush, (i.e. having your paperwork be put to the top of the pile) please include an additional $35 dollars because it means we'll be working through lunch or extending our business day. If you would like notification of when we receive your documents, please include a note on it to that effect with an e-mail address (or phone number, if necessary). When we receive phone calls asking if applications and documents have been received, or what the status of them are, it pulls our focus and time from work. We try to answer e-mails within 24 hours, but do send a follow-up if you don't get a timely response. Mailing concerns: Regarding our mailing finished work to you, it is very rare that a package goes astray, but if that should happen, there may be a minimum replacement cost if loss is claimed within 30 days. Please include additional mailing cost if your want your work sent to you any way other than First Class mail. Document review: If you want us to review documents that you or someone else has written, we could do that and share our thoughts on it with you for a suggested donation of $35 for up to 20 pages, and $50 for up to 40 pages. Kindly visit the credit card\PayPal page before e-mailing the file or mail document(s), with a money order preferably with the 'Pay To' line left blank, to: Penny Pincher
